Subscription & Plans
Booker offers a generous free trial followed by a simple subscription plan.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Every new account starts with a 60-day free trial. During the trial:
- Full access to all features (appointments, clients, services, locations, availability, online booking, documents, calendar sync)
- No credit card required to start
- A countdown shows how many trial days remain

Appointment limits
Section titled “Appointment limits”The Sole Trader plan includes 300 appointments per month. Your current usage is shown in Settings:
- Usage bar — shows how many appointments you’ve used this month
- Warning — appears when you’re approaching the limit
- At limit — you’ll need to wait until next month or contact support
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Viewing your status
Section titled “Viewing your status”Go to Settings → Subscription to see:
- Your current plan and status (active, trialing, cancelled)
- Trial days remaining (if on trial)
- Monthly appointment usage
- Billing cycle dates
Upgrading from trial
Section titled “Upgrading from trial”When you’re ready to subscribe:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Subscribe or Add Payment Method
- Complete the Stripe checkout process
- Your subscription activates immediately
Managing billing
Section titled “Managing billing”Tap Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoices and payment history
- Change your billing details
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account moves to an inactive state
- You can reactivate at any time from Settings
Subscription states
Section titled “Subscription states”| Status | Description |

| Past due | Payment failed — update your payment method to continue |
