Subscription & Plans

Booker offers a generous free trial followed by a simple subscription plan.

Every new account starts with a 60-day free trial. During the trial:

  • Full access to all features (appointments, clients, services, locations, availability, online booking, documents, calendar sync)
  • No credit card required to start
  • A countdown shows how many trial days remain

The Sole Trader plan includes 300 appointments per month. Your current usage is shown in Settings:

  • Usage bar — shows how many appointments you’ve used this month
  • Warning — appears when you’re approaching the limit
  • At limit — you’ll need to wait until next month or contact support

Go to SettingsSubscription to see:

  • Your current plan and status (active, trialing, cancelled)
  • Trial days remaining (if on trial)
  • Monthly appointment usage
  • Billing cycle dates

When you’re ready to subscribe:

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Tap Subscribe or Add Payment Method
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout process
  4. Your subscription activates immediately

Tap Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Change your billing details
  • Cancel your subscription

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account moves to an inactive state
  • You can reactivate at any time from Settings
