Settings

The Settings page is your central hub for account management and configuration.

Profile information

View and manage your practice details:

Field	Description
Business name	Your practice name, shown on your booking page and in emails
Email	Your account email, used for login and receiving notifications
Member since	When you created your Booker account

Change password

Update your account password:

1. Enter your current password
2. Enter your new password
3. Confirm the new password
4. Tap Change Password

Validation rules:

• New password must be different from the current password
• New password and confirmation must match
• Passwords must meet minimum security requirements

Cancellation policy

Set a cancellation policy that is included in cancellation emails sent to clients. This helps set clear expectations about your cancellation terms.

Your cancellation policy text is included at the bottom of any cancellation notification email.

Tip

A clear cancellation policy helps reduce no-shows and late cancellations. Include your notice period requirements and any fees that apply.

Integrations

Settings includes quick access to configure:

• Stripe Payments — connect or manage your Stripe account
• Calendar Sync — enable, configure, or regenerate your calendar feed
• Subscription — view your plan, usage, and manage billing

Install as app (iOS)

Booker is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iOS devices, you can install it to your home screen for a native app experience:

1. Open Booker in Safari
2. Tap the Share button
3. Select Add to Home Screen
4. Tap Add

The installed app opens in full-screen mode without browser UI.
