Clients

Clients are automatically created when appointments are booked. You can also add clients manually.

Each client record includes:

NameClient’s full name (required)
EmailUsed for confirmations, reminders, and payment links (required)
PhoneUsed for SMS reminders (optional)
NotesPrivate notes visible only to you (optional)

Clients are created in two ways:

  1. Automatically — when you create an appointment with a new email address, or when a client books online
  2. Manually — from the Clients page, tap Add Client and enter their details

Each client has a profile page showing:

  • Their contact details
  • A full history of appointments (past and upcoming)
  • Any documents shared with them

Tap New Appointment on a client’s profile to create an appointment with that client pre-selected. This saves time when booking repeat clients.

The Clients page shows all your clients in a searchable list. Each card displays:

  • Client name
  • Email address
  • Number of appointments

Tap a client to view their full profile.

Clients can receive notifications via:

  • Email — confirmation, updates, reminders, receipts
  • SMS — reminders (requires an active subscription and the client having a phone number)
  • Both — email and SMS
  • None — opt out of all notifications
